Group Vinyasa / Meditation

During my first couple years of teaching, I developed a style rooted in my Dorje Yoga training and my exposure to Universal Yoga. Multidimensional, all-levels practices with special attention to how the asanas affect Marma points and accelerate energy through the body, bringing it further into balance and allowing it to relax. Multidimensional practice confuses the mind and forces the practitioner to be present. Expect to get creative and to be challenged; explore the body and mind in a new way.

**WARNING: Not your typical sun salutations followed by warrior series. 

In-Person Private Session

Private lessons are a great opportunity to learn how different yoga tools can be applied to and utilized in your life to bring balance and peace. These sessions can be anything from individualized guided practices to discussion about and application of the foundations and how they can become tools for you. Learn to create time and space for yourself. Available for dietary consultation and herbal recommendations, if desired. In-person allows for the opportunity to do alignments and hands-on adjustments to assist with the postures. 

Online Services

Basically, the same as an in-person private but over the internet. All services described are available, with no ability to do hand-on adjustments.
